Renewals

You need your library card number and your password to renew library materials. If you do not have a password, you may set one up at the Patron Services Desk.

Books, Magazines, CD-ROMS, Audio Books and CDs may be renewed for 14 days. DVDs and VHS tapes may be renewed one time for 7 days. Reader's Express books are non-renewable.

Items that have an outstanding reserve on them may not be renewed.

Items may be renewed in person, online @ My Account, or over the phone.

To renew items anytime, 24/7,  please call 330-499-1740 from any touchtone phone.  Listen carefully to the menu choices for the renewal option.

To renew items from the library website, follow the My Account link.  When prompted, type in the barcode from your library card and your password.  The screen will then show your account information.  Click on the “Items Out” tab on the left and you will be shown what items you have checked out, the due dates and how many renewals are available.  To renew items, check the boxes next to the items you wish to renew and click “Renew Selected Items” or “Renew All Items.”  Please pay close attention to the renewal report, as some items may not be renewed due to pending reserves or renewal limits.
